  • New Service Application
  • Valid Photo Identification Card
  • Owner – Signed Warranty Deed or Settlement Statement
  • Renter – Signed Lease Agreement

RESIDENTIAL CREDIT CHECK OPTION:

A soft credit check can be processed for residential accounts for $6 plus the $55 in fees. Depending on what the credit check results; deposit may be waived, require 50% of the deposit, or the full amount of the deposit. If any portion of the deposit is waived then the account must be signed up for Bank Draft ACH with a voided check or a direct deposit authorization form. The bill will automatically deduct from checking/savings account each month on the due date. Failure to establish Bank Draft ACH will result in full deposit being billed.
